Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and hashed password (or OAuth provider ID for social sign-in).
Usage Data: We collect data about your use of the Service, including generation prompts, uploaded images (temporarily for processing), generation parameters, and timestamps.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google. We do not store your credit card numbers. We store subscription status, plan type, and transaction references.
Your account data is stored in our PostgreSQL database. Generated STL files are stored in Cloudflare R2 (private, encrypted at rest). Files are accessible only to you via authenticated, time-limited URLs.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generation history and STL files are retained according to your subscription status. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your generation history. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@texttostl.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and private file storage with time-limited access URLs.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
