By accessing or using TextToSTL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TextToSTL is a tool that generates 3D-printable STL files from images and text descriptions. The Service is available via web browser, progressive web app, iOS, Android, and macOS applications.
You own all STL files generated through your use of the Service. You have full commercial rights to use these files to create and sell physical products (e.g., cookie cutters, clay cutters, jewelry molds).
You may NOT resell or redistribute the STL files themselves. The files are for your personal or commercial physical production use only.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any images you upload to the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
TextToSTL does not claim ownership of any content you upload. We do not proactively monitor uploads for copyright infringement.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with a DMCA takedown notice at legal@texttostl.com. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
The Service offers a free trial (3 generations) and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' terms and refund policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed prints, inaccurate designs, or lost data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
